What we do
We care for the trees that make up and improve your environment.
We are a professional tree management company operating throughout London and the South East. We recognise the importance of trees to our environment and advocate good tree management, maintenance and preservation wherever practicable.
We offer the following services:
The aim of formative pruning is to produce a tree which in maturity will be free from any major physical weaknesses and which will complement the management objectives for your garden or site.
Crown lifting involves pruning to achieve a desired vertical clearance above ground level or other surface.
In crown thinning, an even density of foliage is retained throughout a well spaced and balanced branch structure which could, if required, provide an adequate framework for a possible future crown reduction.
The removal of all defects i.e. dead wood, diseased, crossing, rubbing branches, etc.
Crown Reduction & Reshaping
Crown reduction alleviates biomechanical stress by reducing both the leverage and sail area of the tree and can allow retention of a tree in a confined space. It can also be used to create a desired appearance or to make the tree more suited to its surroundings. Not all species or individual trees are appropriate candidates for reduction.
Aralia Tree Services can safely remove your problem tree following the requisite consultation and careful planning. Our service includes a risk assessment carried out by qualified personnel; this will determine the quickest and safest way to remove the tree. The removal of the tree is then carried out using the appropriate equipment operated by fully trained professionals. Unless otherwise directed, all arisings are then removed for recycling leaving the site in a clean and safe condition.
Tree Stump removal
Once trees have been felled, it is usually possible to remove the remaining tree stump if desired. This can be easily achieved using a mechanical stump grinder.
Tree Preservation Orders
Aralia Tree Services can undertake the necessary paper work on your behalf.
All work is carried out by professional, fully insured International Society of Arboriculture certified arborists in accordance with British Standard 3998:2010 (Recommendations for Tree Work) and The Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981.
